Wholesale supply

Dammalon supplies African grocery businesses with the essential lines that keep shelves stocked and kitchens operating. Our range includes dry goods, fresh produce, frozen meat and fish, beverages, packaged foods, and household or non-food lines.

We hold short-term inventory of fast-moving products to help customers replenish without waiting on a new sourcing cycle. Availability is always confirmed when you enquire, so you can make decisions against what can be supplied.

Minimum quantities vary by product, with flexibility in product combinations to meet your business needs.

Product sourcing

If a product is not held in current stock, tell us what you are looking for and we will check the available options through our established supplier network. Dammalon works with established partners in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany, rather than importing directly.

Sourcing is request-led, which gives your business access to a broader range without requiring you to carry every line or commit capital to products you do not need yet.

Distribution across Germany

We coordinate delivery to your business address in Germany, with the right arrangement of the product mix, quantity, timing and location of your order.

Collection is available for businesses that prefer to manage the final leg themselves. Where delivery is arranged, we use the most optimal and cost-effective route that reflects the size and requirements of the order.

We do not operate to a one-size-fits-all delivery schedule. Each confirmed order is coordinated around the practical needs of your business.

Logistics coordination

We connect the practical parts of your order: availability, quantities, sourcing, payment confirmation, collection and delivery. It gives you one clear route from the first request to a prepared order.

This is especially useful for combined products from different categories, such as dry goods, fresh produce and frozen lines. We confirm what can be supplied together and what needs a separate arrangement.

You receive a structured quotation before you commit, so the products, quantities and delivery details are clear, providing a transparent view of your order and delivery timeline.

Cold-chain development

Frozen meat and fish are part of the Dammalon product range, including lines such as turkey, goat meat, tilapia and catfish. Their handling and onward movement require product-specific planning, which we confirm before an order is accepted.

Dedicated cold-chain capability is being developed as our network grows. Until then, availability, handling requirements and collection or delivery arrangements for frozen products are confirmed individually in your quotation.

This approach keeps the commitment clear: you know what can be supplied, the conditions of the order and the route agreed for the products you need.

Stock when it matters. Source when it counts.

Fast-moving lines can move quickly from held inventory. Other products are checked through our European supplier network, so you can build the right order without carrying unnecessary range or capital.

We work through partners rather than importing directly, helping make important items available.

A clear route from request to fulfilment

Wholesale ordering is straightforward: tell us what you need, receive a structured quotation, then arrange payment and collection or delivery.

Built for the businesses that keep communities supplied.

Whether you are replenishing a shop, planning a menu or building a broader range, we adapt the supply route to the way your business buys.

Before you enquire, know how wholesale works.

These points make it easier to send a useful request and understand what will be confirmed in your quotation.

Business customers only

Dammalon is built for retailers, restaurants, caterers and supermarkets rather than retail shoppers. Minimum quantities vary by product; frozen turkey, for example, starts from one carton.

Pricing by quotation

We confirm availability, quantities, pricing and any delivery fee in a structured quotation before you commit to the order.

Payment before delivery

Orders are secured after quotation acceptance and full or partial payment. Other arrangements may be agreed for established relationships, scale and frequency.

Responsible supply is part of the service.

European network

We work through established partners in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany rather than importing directly.

Food-safety focus

Relevant food-safety requirements guide product selection, handling and storage across the supply route.

Product planning

Availability, quantities and handling requirements are checked against the products you request.

Clear quotations

The delivery arrangement and other product-specific conditions are confirmed before your order is accepted.

Quality assured

Every product is carefully selected and verified for authenticity and quality standards.

Reliable supply

Consistent stock availability and on-time delivery for your business needs.

Authentic products

Direct sourcing ensures genuine African food products that your customers trust.

Our sourcing approach is informed by General Food Law Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, Food Hygiene Regulation (EC) No 852/2004, and Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 for products of animal origin. Product-specific arrangements are confirmed with your quotation.
